The CD player no longer works in my 2007 Corolla, is there a way to stall a USB port to utilize an iPod in this factory head?

Thanks!

There are number of iPod adapters for the Toyota headunit.  These will require removing the headunit to get at the plugs at the back of the Toyota unit.  Depending on the OEM headunit, you can even control the iPod from the button controls on the headunit.

Something like this:

Another option is to pull the OEM headunit out and replace it with an aftermarket one with iPod compatibility.  Almost all aftermarket units have some sort of AUX input to pull from a portable media device (iPod, MP3 player, cellular phones, etc.)
